Alwaha Auditing Office respects the privacy of visitors to its website and keeps their information confidential. This policy explains what information we collect through the website and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
- Contact form: name, company, phone number, service requested and message details.
- Consultation request form: name and job title, company, phone, email, service requested, company type, sector and regulator, financial year-end, requested timing and request details.
- Careers form: name, email, phone, position, experience and qualifications, the attached CV and any notes.
- Complaints and feedback form: name, company, phone, email, complaint type and details, and any attachment.
- Limited technical data: such as IP address and browser type, used only to protect and operate the website.
How we use it
- To respond to and follow up on your messages, consultation requests and complaints.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To protect the website from misuse and spam.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Sending and retention
- Form submissions are sent directly by email to the relevant office team (enquiries and consultations, human resources, or management for complaints) and are not stored in the website database.
- CVs and attachments are deleted from the website server immediately after sending.
- IP addresses are kept in hashed form for no more than one hour, solely for spam protection.
- We keep correspondence in the office mailbox for the following periods, after which it is deleted:
- CVs and job applications: 12 months from receipt if the applicant is not hired.
- Contact messages and consultation requests: two years from the last correspondence.
- Complaints and feedback: five years from the date the complaint is closed.
Cookies and third-party services
The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and is limited to what is necessary for it to function. The only third-party service that may set cookies is Google Maps, shown on the contact page, which is governed by Google’s privacy policy. The website’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts without cookies. External links, such as the Nexia website, take you to sites with their own policies.
Data protection
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and appropriate safeguards, and we are bound by the professional confidentiality duty that applies to auditors.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@alwahauditing.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date shown at the top of the page applies.
