The bankruptcy trustees committee of The Investment Dar Company (Kuwaiti closed shareholding company) — Dr. Ali Owaid Rukheyes, Mr. Ahmed Duaij Al-Duaij and Mrs. Hanadi Humoud Al-Bader — announces that, under the ruling in Case No. 380/2019 (Commercial and Civil, Government/13), upheld on appeal in Nos. 3901/2019 and 406/2020 (Commercial Cassation), and pursuant to Application No. 134/2023, the company was declared bankrupt on 29 October 2023.
The committee invites all creditors to submit their claims with supporting documents within thirty days of the date of this announcement; claims submitted after that period will not be accepted.
